Shipping Policy:

 

We dispatch all the standard size orders on same day from our Okhla New Delhi warehouse, the customised   orders may take upto 24 to 48 hours in production and will be delivered within 7 days anywhere in India. The Shipping fee is included in the product prices and not extra shipping fee will be collected from the customer.

If in case we could not ship your order, we will refund the applicable amount, On rare occasions, if the Delay is caused by logistic partners (Bluedart, delivery etc) which is unfortunately beyond our control. In those cases, we will not be able to offer refund. If the order is not delivered to you in that case we will investigate with carrier partners and proceed accordingly.

 

Return Policy:

All the returns should be reported within 7 days of the product delivery date, the refund or replacement will be issued as per the customer wish. Refund will be issued within 3 days.

Products with warranty: In case of any kind of manufacturing defects the new product will be dispatched with 3 days upon receiving the warranty claim.
